Seasonal Pie Class 10/25 (Victoria)


In this class we will create some classic Fall and Winter comfort food. We will make flakey no fail pie crust, sweet dough tart crust and a quick and easy puff pastry, perfect for making the following:

  • Wild mushroom and gruyere tart
  • Beef and Guinness pie - made with no fail pie dough
  • Pecan pie - made with a sweet tart dough
  • Apple tart tatin - made with a quick puff pastry


Demonstration and Hands-on

3 hours - 4:30-7:30pm
