Indian cuisine need not be time consuming or complicated. In this class, Khalil Akhtar guides you through recipes that can easily fit busy schedules. The class will focus on dishes that can be made in 30 minutes and can become part of your weeknight cooking repertoire.
- Kichiri with BC smoked salmon (rice and lentils with fish)
- Kadhi (yoghurt and chickpea dumpling curry)
- Chicken curry (a simple version)
- Basmati rice
- Mango Mousse
3 hours - 4:30pm to 7:30pm
