Shipping and In-Store Pick up
Shipping is calculated automatically depending on your shipping address, however shipping is free in Canada for orders over $99.00 net (after discounts and before tax).
PLEASE NOTE:
If your order contains large, and/or heavy items (such as Cast Iron Cookware, large cookware items, cookware sets, dinnerware sets, stand mixers) then there will be an additional charge of $10 – $25. You will see this when checking out.
Due to the high cost of shipping to the North West Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territories the base shipping rate is $20.
In general, your order will ship (or will be ready for pickup) within one business day of being placed, unless the item is being transferred from another store. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is being shipped, or is ready for pickup.
In situations where there will be a delay, you will be notified via email.
US shipments may be subject to import duties , brokerage fees and local sales taxes that may be levied upon receipt of your order. These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the addressee; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
The shipping cost to the USA is $15 for any order.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing sales@cookculture.com. Goods must be returned in original packaging.
Cook Culture is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
